Bressler Spraying Service was founded in 1984 by Robert (Bob) and Marianne Bressler with one Pawnee spray plane and a 1953 Chevrolet pickup. The airstrip was a small trail in an alfalfa field that had numerous potholes to dodge. In 1985 the airport was moved to its present location and Rod & Jane Young joined the staff along with another Pawnee aircraft, the name was changed to Bressler-Young Aviation. In 1990 Robert died while practicing aerobatics in his Pitts S-1-E plane,
Bob will always be missed.
Rod and Jane continued with the business and have since upgraded to a Weatherly 620 ag aircraft and use Trimble GPS for highly accurate applications of crop protection products.
